Hi,

Phil here in Northern Ireland. BDB published my first novel, Vampire Dawn in 2004. Since then I've had two more books published -- Mind's Eye and the sequel to Vampire Dawn, Vampire Twilight. This autumn my fourth book, Freak will be released.

Welcome, Phil. Hope it's cooler in NI than here in the states.  Shocked

Glad to "meet" someone here from my side of the Pond!

You've been busy - what's the new book about?

Hi, Jim! Good to see you here.

Karen, we've been having a good spell of weather, too. I guess it's just global warming.  Cool

I have been busy, Derek. Freak is out this autumn -- it's about a boy who's born a freak of nature and how he grows up and finds his place in the world. It's much darker than anything I've written before, and the highest word count, but I think it's really good. We'll see if Joe Public agrees in September.

As well as that, I think (fingers crossed!) I've got a producer interested in a film script I wrote about an Incubus. And, I've just finished my first non-horror novel, a coming-of-age murder mystery, and I've written a children's book that I'm shopping around at the moment. I'm also trying to finish another film script (stoner comedy/drama) that I intend to shoot myself this summer. After I finish that, I'll be starting the last of the vampire trilogy, Vampire Equinox, which will be out autumn 2009. and... breathe!

It's the saturation bombing approach to writing, hopefully a cash explosion will follow.  Smiley
